Fit Foundry’s teen/tween strength training series!
We have taken FF’s strength training philosophy and practices of training for everyday life and wellness and adapted them to FIT for teens/tweens looking to learn the foundations of strength training for general
conditioning both related and non related to sports.

THE FACTS:

WHO: kids ages 12-15
WHAT: SPARK TRAINING SERIES
WHEN: Mon-Thurs 4pm
WHERE: FIT FOUNDRY, 1416 Willow Ave
HOW: Spark will run similarly to FF’s semi private training
* 2x per week commitment btwn Monday- Thursday for 8 WEEKS
* Session days must be chosen at time of sign up with 2 makeup sessions available (makeup sessions must be booked in advance)
* Max 4 per session

THE FUN:

* Each workout will focus on basic and vital strength movements we believe kids should learn in order to build a foundational base for strength. By focusing on movements kids will understand and be able to apply strength training principles to everyday conditioning and sports.
* Kids will track their own progress during each session with the goal of improving and increasing strength and body awareness by week 8.
* Each session will feature a proper kid friendly warm up, strength training portion and finish with team building activity to foster fitness and fun.

FEES

8 week commitment @2 sessions per week totaling 16 semi private sessions: (2 makeup sessions per child available upon request)
$738 paid in full
OR:
$ 184.50 charged every 2 weeks for 4 weeks (just an idea, we can discuss)
