Forge

Forge is a smarter approach to building cardiovascular endurance. This mixed-modality conditioning session will help improve cardio output using cardio equipment, KB’s DB’s and body weight, strategic work-to-rest intervals and Rate of Perceived Exertion (RPE). Great for all fitness levels.

Inferno

Inferno uses metabolic conditioning HIIT methods to burn fat! We combine cardio and strength to torch calories and ignite your metabolism for hours.

Titanium

Titanium is our STRENGTH based session that focuses on you performing at its strongest level. You will focus on exercises that make you stronger and more confident for your daily tasks.

Accelerator

In Accelerator we teach you the essential patterns you need using various equipment to master movement. With a strong base you can take on more challenging programs in the foundry.

Grind

Intermediate/Advanced level large team session. GRIND is a KETTLEBELL ONLY class that fuses RKC (Russian Kettlebell Certification) principles.
